Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MPure Natural, we are committed to delivering your favorite 100% organic Multani Mitti to your doorstep safely and as quickly as possible. We have partnered with premium courier services via Shiprocket to ensure a smooth delivery experience across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Guna, Madhya Pradesh within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after the order is placed.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Since Multani Mitti is a powdered product, it is primarily shipped via Surface transport to ensure safe transit. The estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Areas (J&K, North East): 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery PIN code and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we run “Free Shipping” promotions, which will be automatically applied at checkout if your cart qualifies.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can use this link to track the live status of your package. You can also track your order via the “Track Order” link in our website footer.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or rejects the parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse. For prepaid orders, a refund will be issued after deducting the two-way shipping charges.
