• Because Multani Mitti is a 100% natural, earth-mined product, slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches. This is a mark of its authenticity.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Payments and Billing

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway partner. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We securely accept major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped via our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are subject to delays beyond our control due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.

5. Disclaimer of Liability (Skin Care)

While our Multani Mitti is 100% natural and free from chemicals, skincare results vary from person to person. We highly recommend doing a patch test before full application. MPure Natural will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in the courts of Guna, Madhya Pradesh.
