Refund & Cancellation
At MPure Natural, we take pride in delivering 100% pure and premium Multani Mitti. Because our products fall under the personal care and hygiene category, we have a strict, yet fair, return and refund policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Simply email us with your Order ID, and we will cancel it and initiate a 100% refund.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket), it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Because Multani Mitti is a natural skincare product, we do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons. However, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or torn packet during transit.
- You received the wrong product or incorrect weight.
Note: To claim a replacement/refund, you must record an unboxing video of the package and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund process will begin immediately:
- Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, our team will contact you to get your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.
4. How to Request a Refund/Return?
Do not accept the package if the outer seal is visibly tampered with. If you find an issue after opening, please contact us immediately.
